New for 2027, the festival will introduce an Emerging Artist Program. Six emerging fine artists or fine craft artists who successfully complete the jury process will be selected to exhibit on Side Street at a reduced booth fee, providing an opportunity to gain experience exhibiting in a professionally juried festival environment.

Friday Afternoon Setup & Easy Load-In

Get a head start on festival weekend with Friday afternoon setup! Artists may set up Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning. We also provide an easy load-out process following the festival.

Artist Retreat

Take a break and recharge in our Artist Retreat. Continental breakfast and a light lunch are provided for participating artists on both Saturday and Sunday.

Booth Sitters & Water

Need a quick break? Booth sitters are available throughout the weekend, along with water for our artists.

Artist Waiver Program

For artists willing to provide substantial live demonstrations throughout the weekend, ask about our Artist Waiver Program. We offer six waivers per festival and can adjust booth space to accommodate the equipment and additional room needed for demonstrations.
